Standard Agents 

This is the rank where you start getting paid. Agents can recruit and let members in base by filling the Front Desk.

High Rank 

High Ranks are the leaders of S.H.I.E.L.D. and know the place inside out. They know all the rules and protocols. As leaders they must set the benchmark standards and supervise the HQ. They need to run the base when there is no Standard Agents or Security Agents available.

Top management 

Top management consists of two divisions. The Management of Security and the Management of Training. They are both equivalent in ranking and is classified as Top Management. Top Managements are allowed PA's which are called TMA. The PA are specifically chosen from the Security or Officer's division. They constantly look for ways to improve their departments.

Internal Affairs & The Council 

Internal affairs are the problem solvers of S.H.I.E.L.D. International Operations. They hold court trials resolving any threat to our agency. The Council introduces competitions/events/policies before proposing it to the OOA for them to accept or reject.
Internal affairs ranks are equal to Council ranks. They both are exclusive if you're highly qualified and a S.H.I.E.L.D. Staff you may apply for any vacant positions you see below. Each IA/Council members may choose a PA from Security or Officers Rank.

The Office of Administration

The OOA are the Directors of S.H.I.E.L.D. International Operations. They will wear the OOA Badge. They are our best of the best! They work to potentially become an Owner of S.H.I.E.l.D. They are almost in control of everything nevertheless they may not abuse their power and keep being the example of every S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent.
